Membership Terms

1. Membership Tiers

Membership tiers (Insider, Quality Certified, Featured Pro, Shop, Vendor, Educator, and optional Client Premium) grant the benefits described on the Pricing page. Benefits may evolve as the network grows.

2. Billing & Renewal

Memberships are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically. Annual plans are offered at a discount versus monthly. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

3. Upgrades & Downgrades

You may upgrade at any time; changes take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. See Refund Policy.

5. Certification Obligations

Certified members must maintain a complete, accurate profile, uphold community standards, and remain in good standing. Certification may be paused or revoked if requirements are not met.

6. Revenue Share

Standard memberships do not include revenue-share claims on your outside growth. Any performance or revenue-share arrangement is governed by a separate Promotion or Educator Agreement.
