Subscriptions

Membership fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We may issue refunds at our discretion for duplicate charges or verified billing errors. Contact support within 14 days of the charge.

No refund is owed when an account is terminated for violating our Terms or Community Guidelines.

Refunds for paid classes and events follow the individual educator's stated policy, subject to platform review.
